Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust pie
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. flour
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
Preparation

Cook onion in butter in large skillet.
Blend in flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add broth.
Cook until thick and bubbly.
Add remaining ingredients and heat together.
Pour into pastry lined tin.
Cover with top crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
