Spinach Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 stick butter
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
    crushed croutons
Preparation
    Cook spinach until just tender.
    Drain well.
    While spinach is draining, saute onion in butter about 5 minutes.
    Mix onion, soup, celery, spinach and a few whole croutons.
    Put mixture in buttered casserole.
    Top with crushed croutons.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
