Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 envelopes whipped topping mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. flake coconut
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water; stir until all is dissolved.
    Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice; stir well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Prepare 2 packages of whipped topping as directed on package.
    Stir into gelatin mixture.
    In a large bowl, place layer of cake, then layer of gelatin until all is used.
    Refrigerate until set.
