Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz. each) bags frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots mixture
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil vegetables; drain.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Add cheese (cubed) and soup.
    Cover with 1 roll of Ritz crackers and 1 stick of melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
