Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/4 c. milk, heated
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in casserole dish in
    layers. Sprinkle each layer with onion, salt and pepper.
    Dot top with butter.
    Pour hot milk on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours or
    until tender.
