Potato Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
2 bunches green onions
1 lb. bacon
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation

Cut onions in small pieces.
Fry bacon and set aside.
Cut and peel potatoes like for mashed potatoes.
Cook until done and drain.
Put sour cream, margarine and potatoes together and mash or whip good.
Add bacon (crushed), onions and drippings and stir salt and pepper to taste.
