Easy Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

1 c. minced celery
1 c. minced onion
1 c. minced green pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Place

cooking bag in a 13 x 9-inch pan; add flour to bag,
twist

shake bag to coat.
Add next 7 ingredients; squeeze bag to blend.
Add red beans and sausage; turn bag to blend ingredients.
Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
