Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage (firm cabbage)
    1 carrot
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Shred carrot.
    Combine eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and butter.
    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    When cold, add 1/2 cup Carnation cream.
    Pour over cabbage.
