Peanut Butter Rocky Road(Microwave) - cooking recipe

3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
3/4 c. chopped peanuts or walnuts
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

In a large 2-quart glass bowl, combine chocolate and peanut butter.
Heat in microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Immediately spread in foil-lined 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into 35 pieces.
Keep refrigerated.
