Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 1 qt. crab meat
2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 block butter or margarine
5 to 6 slices bread (day old is best)
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. liquid crab boil (less if you don't want it too hot)
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook onions in butter until clear.
Do not brown.
Add celery, bell pepper, garlic, green onions and parsley.
Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender.
