Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (white)
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    6 to 8 pieces celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Combine salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar and oil. Add remaining ingredients and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
