Santa Fe White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. each- garlic powder & cumin
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 - 1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 C. chopped onion
14 1/2 oz. can fat-free chicken broth
4 1/2 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 bay leaf
2-15 oz. cans rinsed and drained cannelloni beans
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
sliced green onion (optional for garnish)
Preparation

Combine garlic powder, cumin and oregano in small dish and blend; set aside.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
Add chicken and onion; cook4 - 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Stir in chicken broth, chiles, mixed spices and bay leaf.
