Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, pork and veal
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 (28 or 29 oz.) cans tomato puree
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs
    1 lb. lasagna
Preparation
    Saute meat and sausage in oil.
    Then add to sauce (tomato puree, garlic, salt and pepper).
    Cook on low-light for 2 to 3 hours.
    Cook lasagna according to directions on box.
    Mix the Ricotta and eggs.
    Shred Mozzarella.
    In a deep 12 to 13-inch lasagna pan, add sauce, then lasagna, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves six to eight.
