Valentine Day Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. maraschino cherry juice
3/4 tsp. almond extract
few drops of red food coloring
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
48 Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine margarine, powdered sugar, cherry juice, almond extract and food coloring. Blend well.
Add flour, salt and cherries and mix well.
Form dough into 1 inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 48.
