Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of red pepper
    1 c. margarine
    1 pkg. crushed Waverly crackers
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in a small amount of oil.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
    Add vegetables.
    Put in a casserole dish that has been lightly oiled.
    Melt 1 cup margarine. Pour over 1 package of finely crushed Waverly crackers.
    Put this topping on the vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and beginning to bubble.
