Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
4 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients together.
(I use my electric mixer.) Mix the egg yolks, melted butter or oleo and milk together.
Blend into the dry mixture.
Do not overmix.
Fold in most gently, the beaten egg whites.
Cook according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 4 to 5 waffles.
