Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Oreo cookie pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. margarine (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy whipped cream
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, margarine and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream and fold into the first ingredients. Spoon gently into crust. May garnish with chocolate slivers, if desired. Chill well.
