Low-Fat Grilled Tuna Snack Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices wheat or white bread
    2 cans tuna (in water)
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    2 to 3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    nonstick spray
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. fat-free milk
Preparation
    Mix together tuna, relish, onion powder, Mrs. Dash and mayonnaise. Spray nonstick spray on skillet and heat on medium-high. Assemble sandwiches. In separate bowl, beat together egg substitute and milk. Dip each side of sandwich and toast on skillet. Serve hot. Cut into 4 squares or halves.
