Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. stew seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, quartered
    3 celery stalks
    6 small onions
Preparation
    Cut stew beef into cubes, flour and brown on all sides in 6-quart Dutch oven in cooking oil.
    Add seasoning, water and salt. Simmer for 2 hours.
    Add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
