Homecoming Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. American cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes round in large baking pan.
Mix water and cream of mushroom in mixing bowl, then pour over potatoes, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with foil.
Cook at 250\u00b0 in oven 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese on top.
