Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain artichokes and mash well with fork or mixer.
Mix with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Spread in greased, small flat dish.
Bake 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
Serve warm with crackers.
For a crowd, you need to double the recipe.
