Stuffed Pork Tenderloin In Onion Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 carrot, minced
1/3 c. celery, minced
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Split tenderloins lengthwise, but not quite through.
Pound to flatten slightly.
Saute vegetables in oil.
Remove from pan. Reserve 1/2 cup vegetables.
Stir crumbs.
Salt and pepper remaining ingredients.
Spread over meat.
Fold cut sides together and fasten with string.
