Initial Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. active yeast
    1 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Pour water into bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast on top.
    Wait 5 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
    Gradually mix in flour.
    Pour into clean jar and cover lightly.
    Set in a warm place for 24 hours.
