Hot Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    Combine white sugar, brown sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well and sprinkle over batter.
    Pour 1 cup water (cold) over batter.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
