Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can small English peas
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
3 boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
red pepper flakes
1 small jar pimento
salt to taste
Preparation

Drain peas.
Combine green pepper, pimento, celery, onion and cheese.
Mix well.
Add peas, eggs and mayonnaise.
Mix well. Stir in red pepper and salt.
Serve on bed of crisp lettuce.
