Joan'S Homemade Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef shank
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 lb. carrots, cut up
    3 large potatoes, cut up
    2 sweet potatoes, cut up
    2 green plantains, cut up
    2 blades green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces and cook in water with salt, pepper, onion and green onions.
    (I like to cook mine in a pressure cooker.)
    When nearly cooked, add carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains and celery soup.
    Continue cooking, adding water if needed to cover vegetables.
