Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/3 c. confectioners sugar (optional)
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, drained pineapple, mayonnaise and dehydrated onions.
Add confectioners sugar, if you like a sweeter cheese ball.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Shape into 2 balls.
Roll in chopped pecans until ball is covered.
