Biscotti(Italian Toast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. anise oil
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    almonds or walnuts
Preparation
    Grease hands!
    Mix and form small loaves about 4 x 12-inch. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut into slices. Put back on cookie sheet and toast for about 10 minutes.
    Turn to toast other side.
