True Fudge, Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Cool for 5 minutes, stir and spread over cooled brownies.
