Layered Banana Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 1/2 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) tub nondairy whipped topping
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    12 slices bread, toasted
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar or 3 small piloncillo loaves
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
    3 to 4 sliced bananas (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Dip toasted bread in butter.
    Alternate layers of bread with the raisins, cheese, nuts and bananas in baking dish.
    It is not necessary to remove the crust from the bread except for appearance's sake, so I suggest you remove them only when you want to be fancy!
