Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. chopped fresh apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans or black walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add spices.
    Beat thoroughly and add rest of ingredients.
    Stir to blend well.
    Be sure to flour nuts.
    Place into greased loaf pan (Bundt).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
