Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 chopped onion
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and liquid squeezed out
    8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    small amount of milk, if needed
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and pour into the pan.
    Do not stir, but pat down.
    Bake 350\u00b0 until done (about 25 minutes)
