Irish Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 dash salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together (melt margarine).
    Put in round tin (grease and flour it first).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Make the sign of the cross (with a knife) before baking.
