Baked French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    seasoning of choice (garlic, seasoned salt or a salt-free seasoning like Mrs. Dash)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 3/8-inch strips.
    Put in cold water. When ready to cook, dry strips on a towel.
    Spread in pan sprayed with Pam and toss with seasoning of choice.
    Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0 to 475\u00b0.
    Turn after 15 minutes to brown evenly.
    If crispier fries are desired, place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings (approximately 15 fries); 50 cal, less than 1 g fat.
