Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    onion and garlic (salt or powder)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 lb. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and margarine together and place in a buttered baking dish; crumble 2 cups corn flakes over potato mixture.
    Drizzle with 1/4 pound melted margarine over top.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
