Creamy Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and cook potatoes on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    In small saucepan, melt butter and saute onions. Add flour, milk and salt.
    Continue cooking on medium heat.
    Stir so mixture does not stick.
    When it is thickened, pour over potatoes in greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
