Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. margarine
whipped cream/meringue
Preparation

Sift together in pan the flour, sugar and cocoa.
Add milk, evaporated milk and egg yolks.
Cook until desired thickness in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add vanilla and margarine. Pour into a 9-inch baked shell. Top with whipped cream or meringue.
