Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 eggs
    1 onion
    1 c. milk
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Boil in 3 cups water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place bread crumbs in casserole.
    Add eggplant, onion and pepper; mix thoroughly.
    Add 2 eggs, beaten in milk.
    Pour over mixture.
    Put more crumbs on top and put 2 tablespoons melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
