Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. oil
1 small head cabbage, chopped
5 medium carrots, shredded
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
bottled liquid hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large nonstick pan, heat oil and add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onions.
Toss vegetables frequently with spatula. Add sugar, crumbled bacon, pepper sauce, salt, pepper and 6 to 8 teaspoons bacon grease.
Cook about 15 minutes.
If you want crispy vegetables, do not cover pan.
Cook over medium heat until desired crispness.
