Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. liquid (fish juice and water)
Preparation
    Drain salmon; discard skin and bones.
    Save juice.
    Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pack firmly into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until light brown and firm.
