Lentil Nut Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lentils, cooked
    1/2 c. nut meats
    1 egg
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. McKay's seasoning
Preparation
    Boil lentils until well done.
    Chop nuts fine.
    Beat the egg and add to other ingredients, mixing well.
    Bake in greased baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
