Meat Loaf With Sweet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce in mixing bowl.
Toss together lightly with fork to combine.
Place in a shallow dish and shape into a loaf.
Bake 50 minutes.
