Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    a little water or juice of pineapple if needed
Preparation
    Pour
    boiling
    water
    over
    rhubarb;
    drain.
    Beat eggs well, then add sugar and flour.
    Stir in rhubarb and pineapple last. The
    water from the rhubarb and the pineapple juice can be used for tapioca pudding.
