1 folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust
2 large tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. bulk sweet Italian sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. (8-oz.) shredded Italian-style cheese blend
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. crumbled garlic-and herb feta cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Unfold piecrust and use to line a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake according to package directions.
Set aside.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
