Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first two ingredients together with fork, then add remaining ingredients.
    Fold with hands.
    Roll out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0. Yields 2 pies, top and bottom.
