Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 to 3 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan; set aside.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add sugar, eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Stir to blend.
    Fold in bananas and nuts.
    Pour into prepared dish.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
