2/3 c. shortening
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/3 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
