Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 large eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine the sugars and the oil.
    Mix in the zucchini, vanilla, and the beaten eggs.
    In a separate bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and the cinnamon.
    Add to the zucchini mixture, mixing well.
    Mix in the nuts last.
    Pour into two large well-greased loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pans and cool 15 minutes on rack.
