Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. very warm water
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
4 c. self-rising flour, unsifted
Preparation

Empty yeast in warm water.
Melt margarine with sugar; cream together with egg in a large bowl.
Add yeast, water and flour. Stir until well mixed.
Put into greased muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or so (dough can be refrigerated for several days in an airtight container).
