Cauliflower Salad-Romanian(Salata De Conopida) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head of cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. of oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    Salt
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower, divide into florets and boil in salt water. Drain well and place in salad bowl. Pour dressing of oil, vinegar and salt on top. Serve hot or cold.
